We accept product exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is in perfect condition and with the original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, we will not accept the exchange. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and reshipping.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to request photos or other evidence of the defect before approving the exchange or return. If approved, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.
Customized Products
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
